My work on new product initiatives focuses on bringing clarity between conviction and commitment. I help teams make sense of market signals, customer needs, business context and technology constraints, so that they can commit to the right product direction or implement a new initiative with confidence and the right priorities. With an independent point of view, my goal is to bring clarity and confidence to product investment opportunities.
